For women, meeting men is all about being receptive.  That means smiling, smiling and smiling and looking the man in the eyes.  Responding positively to him while maintaining confidence and health boundaries. 

The first thing a man has to do is make a woman feel safe.  Things like looking her up and down do not accomplish this.  Instead, genuinely smiling and looking her in the eyes with respect will make her feel safe.  After introducing themselves I always recommend that men ask how a woman is doing tonight, then listen and respond.  And last, when they want to ask for her number or date, they offer her a genuine compliment and then ask.
